  • Shipping & Delivery
  • 1) All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, unless prior arrangements are made with us on a case-by-case basis. 2) We make every attempt to process and ship orders within 24 hours after payment is made, but there may be times when processing may take longer, depending on prior pending orders, and local Holidays. All orders are processed by order of receipt. 3) USPS Domestic orders are shipped First Class mail, and approximate delivery time is 3-5 business days; USPS Priority Mail orders take about 2-3 days to arrive. Keep in mind these times are APPROXIMATE, and rely on the handling by postal service or carrier who delivers your mail. 4) International orders are shipped First Class mail, and approximate delivery time is between 5-10 business days, depending on destination country. 5) If you have any special requests or instructions regarding shipping of your order, please contact us either before placing it, or immediately after placing the order so we can address your request promptly! 6) All orders are shipped in waterprooof, tearproof, Polypropylene bubble-padded envelopes, so your TAN AID arrives safe! 7) We observe all Customs formalities and declare actual value on all packages. If there are any duties to be paid it is the customer's responsibility. 8) Please exercise due diligence before ordering any product if you are in a country outside of the U.S., as each country's Customs service has different rules and regulations regarding importation of various products, and it is impossible to know applicable specific limitations for your particular country. 7) If you have any other questions or need more information on shipping issues let us know- we're glad to help!

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Tanaid Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Sales Tax
  • Tanaid Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site from any customer who resides in the state of Florida, at the rate of 7%, as required by Florida law.


  • Return Policy
  • We will accept returns for any of our products (lotions, lip, balms, etc.) except TAN-AID dietary supplements. For any returnable product, the item must be in its original container, and must contain at least 50% (half) of the original quantity of the product. Once we receive any returned product we will refund the product purchase price, excluding any shipping, handling, or customs fees originally paid with the order. Any costs associated with returning an item (shipping, packaging, etc.) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
